Access & authentication
The public website does not require visitor accounts. Administrative access to backend data (contact form submissions) is restricted to authorized Cloud Peak Solutions staff using role-based access controls enforced server-side.
Hosting & platform
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform with managed backend services (database, edge functions). Lovable provides transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and managed infrastructure. We rely on those platform capabilities as enabled by the provider; we do not claim independent certification of the underlying platform.
Data we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact form (name, email, phone, message). We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about page visits. We do not sell personal data.
How we use contact submissions
Contact form submissions are stored in our backend and trigger an email notification to our team so we can respond. Submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and ordinary business records. To request deletion, email us using the contact below.
